NASCAR All Star Carset (ICR mod) 3.0

Happy July 4! (I had no idea it would come out on the 4th, just a nice coincidence)

Carset now contains 110 fully rated cars representing the cup series, the truck series, the Xfinity series, ARCA, Modifieds, and even a few drivers who snuck in from other series but competed in NASCAR! Not all of the new cars have pit crews, but I could either let the set sit on my hard drive for who knows how long until my painter's block was gone, or I could release it now, and maybe update in the future with more crews! This will be the final major update, finishing a project that I've had in my mind for years and worked on throughout the pandemic. Woo!

16 more cars for a total of 59, nearly every race winner between '99 and '19 is in the set now! Most of them will be backmarkers, not qualifying for every race, though you'll see some of them running well at tracks they specialize at, like Waltrip and Ragan at the superspeedways, or Ambrose at the road courses and short tracks.
Also, cars 89 (Alex Bowman) and 9 (Chase Elliott) have been re-rated to reflect 2020 as their new best seasons, and #24 (Jeff Gordon) is now slightly edited to reflect that he's no longer the only Gordon in the set.
Yes, there's a V3 planned, but it's a much bigger project, currently planned to expand the set to 98 cars from cup, xfinity, trucks, arca and modifieds, so don't expect that to come out next week, exactly
Also, that's why certain drivers like Justin Haley and Ricky Stenhouse Jr are not included, despite having won a cup race: they're much better represented by their best seasons in lower series
As before, I recommend using crews from other carsets to fill in the pit crews that aren't in this set, you can find them all by looking quickly through the NR2003 Encyclopedia
