This is Dustbowl, a fantasy track from Nascar 2001 on the Sony Playstation. It is a 1.396-mile, four turn road course reaching top speeds of around 155 mph. Laps go by relatively quick, when I was playing the track before making it I just casually went around it 75 times before I forced myself to stop. The full 100% race length is 300 miles, or 214 laps.

I will look into this, there may be something missing from your shared folder you need but I have tried in more recent tracks to include ALL building materials including things already in shared.dat when I pack it.
This is a very good starting point though some of the transitions in banking are a little awkward.

I noticed that, I will have to delete all X-sections and completely redo the banking.
This is so cool! I didn't expect you to actually release something so fast after I requested it, let alone even consider it. Sure a couple of the turns might be a little more awkward than I remember (I ran some races on 2001 the other night actually), but I still enjoyed putting some laps in and testing it out. For only working on it for 7 hours it's a great start!
