Fictional 1995 Team Menard Base 2024-06-06

I made a bunch of Team Menard inspired fictional cars for this mod at one point, and got a ton of mileage out of this base for league cars for myself and others. I made two versions, the first one was based off of Scott Brayton's pole-winning car for the 1995 Indy 500 (that's before The Split, no Tony Stewart involved), and later made additions to theme it more around Buddy Lazier's car from the same race, and that one can just be recolored to be whichever other Team Menard car needed.
