This is a basic DMR GN70ss 2 car scene using 3dsMax9 and Brazil.
(Brazil required!!!)

Also, it might be easier just to use the "Eye Dropper" in the Material Editor to click on the car then import your painted flat.

Please feel free to move stuff around to fit your preference.
