Goodyear Logo Fix

Fix the goodyear logo that was fuzzy

Add B posts logos, paint the driver, delete the skirt and change the goodyear logo to blue

This is my favorite paint scheme that was not made for nr2003, so I decided to make it! Thank you specially to Garrett1127 that spends a lot of time on this gorgeous base.
