Scheme is good, but I can tell you with 100% confidence that number is wrong.

Excellent job on the car, though I do agree that the number is off. The 9 itself is the issue, the proportions are wonky, that and the outline needs rounded edges other than the bottom left corner.

The only discrepancy that I just noticed, is on the #1. The top left should have a slight curve inwards.
