Great job!
My suggestion would be not to waste time manually rating the drivers. The ratings are better done for each race separately and there are great tools that do that automatically (NRatings for example). They have the ratings for each race since 1949.

Yes, I plan to continue creating (completing) "full sets" for Winston Cup Series 1979 thru 2007; Busch Grand National Series 1987 thru 2007; Craftsman Truck Series 1995 thru 2007
Be patient though ... the Google research and paint work consumes most of the time to accomplish this, and compiling all the statistics for Driver Ratings takes a while as well.
