Does anyone possibly know why the track im making works perfectly fine in a testing session but the it crashes when i got to a race session. Im not sure if it has something to do with the LP files, Track INI, or maybe something else but i cant figure it out at all. The track also works perfectly on my other computer but not the one im building the track on.

Most likely your [ starting_grid_0 ] and [ starting_grid_1] is setup incorrectly. Incorrectly placed AI cars and even the pace car can send it back to the desk top.

Even on the 2020 version things are messed up. Where the AI and pace car are set for a race, only the 1/2 pace lap option should be used. Full pace lap doesn't work correctly. Also half the 3do files and surface mips are for a night track and half are for a day track. That one needs a lot of work.

Thanks for the help how would I be able to figure out the differences between a day and night 3do. I’m pretty new to making track and and I don’t really know how to make 3do as well. If there is anymore information/advice that you can give me I would love to know because I really want to have an awesome track made for my local short track.

I'm not sure if you are using anything from the 2020 version (or if you even have permission to do so) But... if it is a night version the builder has taken the time to darken mip files for the .3do files and add shading to walls, grass, track surface etc etc etc.. if you are using the 2020 version to edit this look at the vehicles in the center of the track. They were previously edited for another night track. You can tell by how dark they are. The grass and everything else around those are day mips with not darkening or track shading added. In the first photo you can see how dark the vehicles are vs the surroundings. In the second image everything has been repainted (darkened) to give a night feel to it.

just curious would you be willing to make the track if i paid you to make it almost the exact same as South Bend is in real life with everything looking high quality and if so how much would you want. I just want to have a nearly perfect track for my local short track community and your tracks you make are amazing. I have tried for a long time to learn how to do 3dos and other things for the track and i have just had a hard time with it.

Nope.. I take no requests. I have too many of my own projects started. Sorry...
