So regular schedule tomorrow night for the Formula Vee Fun Run @ Willow Springs.

The races will be relatively short...

There was never a doubt in my mind that he wouldn't get on and run at least a second faster than I can . Trae will likely do the same this evening. My only hope is to stay on the asphalt.....cause if you drop a wheel off, you've at least lost a lot of time.....or worse!
Now, where's that button to add weight...?

You are beating my time in segment #2 by almost 1.5 seconds!. I gotta follow you through there and see what I'm doing wrong.
Probably won't be there in time to show you.. But, let off the throttle and a little brake on the 1st left hander (get as close to the curb as you can) downshift and try to straighten out the corner heading up the hill. Little brake just past the curb on the right and keep the car close to the curb as well. Shift to 4th down the hill, brake and downshift to 3rd for the left hander, taking it out as far as the asphalt allows, full throttle from there.. That's really the only section I use any brake. Breath the throttle onto the front stretch and let off early enough for turn 1 that you don't need to brake. (think the asphalt has a patch or color change, where I let off on the front stretch)
