Good start, don't forget to enable alpha mask for transparent windows and specular levels to the material so the paint scheme has that nice shine. Looks like you currently have the albedo only enabled (color) on the material giving it that flat look.

how do i enable the alpha mask? i tried lowering it in the material surface tab but it just made the windows darker

So first you choose your base color as usual. Then choose the map for the alpha. In the case of the car mod it should have one of those window_ti or something maps that is white and grey for the window transparency. If you choose your base window texture it won't look good.

Next you need to scroll down viewport display and choose alpha clip:

Alpha Clip is good for maps that are totally opaque and totally non-opaque section. For something like a window that is semi transparent choose alpha blend instead.

When you want to render the scene you might have to adjust for transparency levels as well.

Looks much better with transparency.

As for the model issue on Mustrang not sure, looks like issue with meshes clipping into eachother. You'd need to isolate and inspect each model piece and see if they are intersecting a bit.
