windows are messed up. please help

No matter what I do i cannot get the windows to show up right. please help. Im using 2016 and SNGs scenesetrender.jpg

Question, are you dragging the material ball on top of the model???? If you are, don't, it messes up a lot of things, use the eye droper and pick a place on the body, then select your paint.

When you drag the texture to the model, make sure you do not have it selected or the paint will be applied throughout the geometry

That is correct, the material ball is safe to drag as long as NO objects are selected. If unsure, go to the selection menu and "select none " option.
