Willow Springs - disqualified for speeding on pit road

Bit of a noob here, but I downloaded Willow Springs from The FSB Racing Downloads Page. Whenever I go qualifying on the track and I cross the start/finish line at any speed above the pit limit of 50, I always get disqualified.

Is there anything I can change in the track.ini file to stop this from happening? Here is a bit of it.

It might be improper track type was set for the racing surface in sandbox is my guess. Either that or they defined the racing surface as part of pit road so you technically are driving in the wrong area even when you are not actually. No way to tell if the track.ini coordinates are right without going into sandbox and checking if they are in the right spots.
