Definitely Beatles and 60's rock n roll influenced is a lot of late 90's early 2000's J-Pop that I've been listening to lately. I love this video because it's pure fun, even with the lo-fi sound.

Oregon Spirit by Rolf Anton Krueger. This relaxing piece of music here is most famously, or infamously, known for its use on The Eric Andre Show, where it would be used as part of its "We'll Be Right Back" punchline of a segment and the subsequent meme that took the Internet by storm. Krueger himself on YouTube said that the track was written specifically for TV usage back in the late nineties, and he is extremely happy with how popular the track is, even if it's just a three to six second snippet of it.
