Track.ini problems

Hi

I'm just wondering if anyone here has a working track ini for any of the following NR2003 tracks?

Mexico Oval
Shanghai
Bahrain

Because the track.ini i got online wasn't really working well with drivers continously pitting every lap and continously spinning and crashing out, causing first lap yellow flags and i don't know how to fix those issues.
