I've never seen a Nashville Speedway race so I don't really have an opinion. Everyone I see is split on this so how do y'all feel about it

I went to Nashville SS once back in June 2003 for the Busch and Southeast Series races with my mom, dad, and friend of my dad's who we stayed with just ten minutes from the track. It was a lot of fun going though I don't expect much from the racing in 2021 given the current cup package but 2022 going forward should be interesting. Since the track is only 20 minutes away from me (a short drive northeast on I-840), my dad and I plan on going next year. I'm excited because it's so close to me, but the racing itself may be a letdown.

The races that I've watched have been decent. It's definitely a unique track because of the concrete surface and low-ish banking. However, like Thunder said, if they run the high downforce package next year, I don't really expect much. As far as the track being added, it's always a welcoming sight to see a new venue on the schedule.

I've never got to see a race at Nashville since becoming a race fan in 2012, but I'm excited to see a new track on the schedule. It's different from all of the other intermediate tracks on the schedule, and hopefully the aero package they bring works well. Somewhat OT, but I can't wait to see how the NextGen car does there.

No.
Oh, I thought it was what I've now learned is called Fairgrounds Speedway.

This is the 1.333 mile super(?) speedway and not the 0.5 mile ring that they run ARCA at.

Nice to see a new track and location.... been a long time sice NASCAR was in Nashville, but this won't be same track as in years past.

Well....I like how Nashville is going to be on the schedule. However....I am not happy that they took a race away from Dover to do it. I understand that Dover owns both tracks. Dover is my home track so that is why I am upset that they lost a race.

Well at least there will only be just the first race with the current cars. All the changes with the new car will make quite a difference plus we might be getting the new engine too at the same time now that the car has been pushed back a year. That would be nice.

I'll take any new additions we can get. With it being a 1.33 mile track, it draws a lot of comparisons to Darlington, and also shares the fact that 1 and 2 are different from 3 and 4, and Darlington has had it's share of great finishes, so I like the addition of Nashville. Any new tracks are welcome

I'm kind of glad Nascar is returning. From what I've heard locals missed the racing at the track and it really brought business to the area. Say what you will about Nascar choosing it over Fairgrounds, but I personally would like to not see anther city get the wilksburrow treatment.
