Just realized my idiot brain thought 9 AI cars = 3 rows of traffic. Must be thinking Indy 500.
I missed the 9 ai cars thing or misunderstood it sorry, I'll get the next one right.
I'll also include a bit about making the ai strength whatever you can handle, but it needs to be somewhat of a challenge....is that OK?

Speaking of door slamming, on the final lap in turn 2 I bodied Jeff Burton to gain the 3rd spot. I REALLY wanted that top 3 
I may have lowered the difficulty and used a few assists, BUT I still really had to go for it to finish where I did. With so few laps, you really need to go for any gap that exists, and if not, don't be afraid to create one.

So reading through this, my immediate thought is that there is no discussion of what the A.I. cars are going to be and what their specific ratings will be. There is a huge difference between rating systems that people use for their A.I. cars. Some have very "hot" ratings an other are more tame. Thus the results one may achieve will be skewed all over the place compared to others. My thoughts are that you'll need to produce the 7,8 or 9 A.I. cars/trucks that everyone will be using to be able to get consistent results that you can compare to one another.

I think I brought up varying competition strenghts in the Atlanta or Texas GWC challenge - Completely forget which one it was.
I did bring up to Highbank some time ago the possibility of creating a Paint & Race Hotlap Challenge where you would paint a specific car for the at hotlap challenge. If we did that, and created a carset based off of that, perhaps we could do a GWC Challenge with across-the-board balanced competition.

Trying to make this easy enough for folks to jump in on this...did anyone notice how many participants we have in general for the these HLCs? Making it more complicated won't bring in any more takers...adding a painting element is exactly what this is NOT about...I paint most of my own cars for these or use cars I have painted in the past...by what I see in the Community carsets participation, adding painting won't bolster the numbers here either...
Frankly, after putting up 200 HLCs and seeing that we seemed to have maxed out with three members doing all the lapping...I don't know what to think...
