I knew it probably be the normal rFactor AI oval issues, that didn't bother me, sure I had hoped that maybe it was gonna be better but driving it was still a great bunch of fun...

Which tach are you looking at?..use the one in the dash not the HUD, I did the same thing...they are about 2k off...booom!

So far i've just grabbed the ovals at Delta Sim Racing, the ones they have used with their Delta Winter Series....I only have four plus their Riverside....of course...

Very important to get a proper set up in your car for the different types of tracks...

Or go to the DWS page here:
    http://www.deltasimracing.com/Winter Series/DWS_Home.html
Just click on the track name for download...

Ya know, I looked all over their page and never saw the set ups. I just read that thing about the tachs, gonna re-test in a bit.

RFC or that data base. It has most if not all the tracks the two lower series ran on plus a bonus or two.

Okay, just curious on the track version. That one is a bit challenging, think I'm gonna try a different version next time.

I know Dave had/has been giving Ziggy some guidance on tires or suspension or both, I'm sure Ziggy could answer that more definitively.

Yes, the redline on the HUD tach is misleading, best to go by the dash. I've worked on that before with little luck, but it's still on my list of things to fix.

By design, the engines are quite sensitive to over-revving and overheating. Also, you guys have probably figured it out already, but make sure you're running a radiator bigger than size #1 for anything other than qualifying.
