The digging into heat evolution has begun, this is just a small preview.
Looking great Darren!!!
Before I get this sim I think I'll wait until you guys are set up for it...
Do you mean setup for modding the game?
Probably, same for me
Well that, plus maybe another patch or so from the manufacture.
Also, I know you guys will be performing some more of your magic for this new sim.
Okay...1 more pic for now.......The pacecar.
One of our members over at TMS, asked us if we would teach him how to change drivers names and paints.. This is word for word of what I told him.
Right now, we aren't going public with anything. Mostly because the game keeps getting patched up, and is still evolving.. If you really want to know more, you can ask over at race department. Can we mod this, yes? Are we ready to teach the world, and show off what we can do? NO. The game is still being fine tuned by the creators.
Also on some good news, can we mod the PC version. Yes! But, also at the same time it's better to let the creators keep going right now with updating the base engine, that is super important imho.. Plus, I know this game took tons of lumps when it was released. Let's also find out when the creators are done patching it up. If it's really worth our time to support it on the modding side.
Just because it has the name Nascar Heat in it, dosen't mean will support a sim, first let's see what the original creators do.
Thanks for that info Dave. Good thinking. I agree with you 100%!!!
If you want to see more progress on the SS, feel free to stop by at themodsquad any time.
But here is one for the Stewart fans.
Very nice Darren...
Thanks guys, I am working on the ford next. But I need to get well first I think.
An update, I have all 3 models are into max 8. You can check them out at themodsquad, under "cracking open heat evolution" I will post more models there after we have them detailed.
Good work bro. Looks like all 3 of us. Blaxman, you and I are all having some fun with this..
Edited the engine sounds for myself. I didn't care for there engine updates.
