OK now here's the other end of the spectrum...

Assetto Corsa Shootout: Ford Escort @ Riverside Short (Club)
A 10 lap Shootout against 11 other cars starting P12.
Not proud of the crazy out of control driving but I was in a fit to get to the front...
This my friends is what Riverside REALLY looked like...that big ski jump you are used to in NR2003, never existed...I would say and have said, if only for this track, get Assetto Corsa. Kevin's other tracks are equally fantastic too. They would be Bridgehampton and Watkins Glen.

I was totally out of control that lap...for all the gorgeous visuals there is a little bit of a lack of feel in Asseto Corsa..PCars too
Hmm.. I was just pullin your leg. If you think that's out of control, you need to take a peek at my driving sometime! 
OH I do look at at the videos...Mario Andretti said, "If you you aren't a little out of control, you're not pushing hard enough" or something to that effect...

Track: 2017 DirtWorks Designs Track Pack 1 (Volusia Speedway Park)
Use any aids or setup adjustments you like.. They may help? I don't like them, so I have them all turned off and haven't even tried with them. Setups? I honestly couldn't tell a difference no matter what adjustment I made, so I went back to "default" everything.. Been messing with this mod on and off for a couple weeks. Just now can even complete a lap and still can't get out of 1st gear.. If your wheel can rotate 360*, you will be rotating it 360* to keep from spinning.. Get out there and give it a shot!!
Tim Hunt #27 from mod, default everything (damage 0%), no aids, Volusia Speedway Park.

I've been looking for a dirt mod and a track that worked to put up an HLC with. So these worked without a lot of fuss I take it?
Yep, never a problem outta the DWD stuff.. I've had the above mod installed as well as the 2017 Open Wheel Modified V2 and 2017 Track Pack 1 and 2.. All worked fine, other than feeling like your driving on slippery ice, with a side of slippery..
Let me know if any are easier to drive! I've only tried the 2015 Late Models and the 2017 Open Wheel Modified V2.. They're both the same as far as driving.. VERY HARD!! I've also only tried my home track (Volusia) so that may make a difference too, but I doubt it.. You just gotta anticipate the back swinging out and counter steer.. Turn 4 especially. I think it's always raining in that corner? I've got to go full counter steer (360*) to make it through there with any speed. It's too bad the incar doesn't show the actual range the wheel moves for me, cause it's quite funny to watch.. I need one of those suicide knobs attached, so I can quickly got full 360* and back!!
rFactor has a great rep for dirt racing so i'm really looking forward to trying this, John Norton's dirt tracks in NR2003 is as close as I've been to this (and I've loved those)...so we're all gonna have to get this down...I know we have some folks that have already walked this path in rFactor, I'm hoping they might come into these and school all us noobs...
Sorry, have to post one more thing on this... You may have fits driving it, like I've described above, "OR" you can go into your wheel settings under windows, and make sure you don't have 900* or more "rotation".. Something keeps changing my rotation to 900*... I didn't think nothing of it the 1st time I noticed, but now I know.. Set it back to 400* and this mod is fun all of a sudden.. Still hard, but not HARD HARD.. Just turned a 19.7 <ok, back to your regularly scheduled program> lol
