I can't believe you can't paint this very easy scheme. What seems to be your problem when you tried to do it?

FYI....solution to your Miller Lite base, I didn't find it, I painted it.

Paint your base a muted black, find some older Army digi camo, (they've swapped their digi camo several times so pay attention to the colors in the swatch you choose in Google) then paint a very simple yellow stripe around the bottom and add the logos, all of which are easily found via Google, the numbers are at a popular site...

To paraphrase Scott's commercial...

c'mon paint it...paint it
