Nice corvettes! Tho the pink wheels leave a bit to be desired.
Most of the guys that are doing the street shift add-on cars have a facebook page go to the bottom of the add-on page for the links
I have all seven body styles, but the C4 refuses to load, I have to find another place that has it, I hope there is.
Yeah, I just discovered this today, I found the mod like Monday, there's also another page here https://sstrcaraddons.neocities.org/ This mod should be more popular than what it is, same thing with the GT Shift2 mod, both well done even for conversions.
MGA at Machwerk.
My next personal challenge.
See my blog latter today.
is that a 912?
It's the 911 from the CSGT '70 LeMans mod.
When you don't know where the invisible walls are.
OOO I see...
Here is some stock car action at Rockingham. I am the #14 car, the mod is Stock Car Sim Series 2012, and the track is the mods Rockingham.
Running with my teammate.
As you can see, back of the pack, even on 70-75% difficulty. I could not get my car to roll in without jamming on the brakes entering, at least compared to the AI, so I need to work on a setup. I used the default setup that comes with this track, and it is very tight on corner entry, but when you get it slowed, it is not too bad, has good corner exit speed. Also the track seems smaller compared to what I'm used to on Nr2003.
Congrats for getting that mod to install! I wiped out my install completely!
For what I've done so far, oval racing on rFactor is not as bad as I heard, the AI performed well, they did not balls it up with the rolling start, and were fun to race against. The only problems were the track seemed shorter than the Nr2003 version, and the formation lap had alot of starting and stopping, and of course the cool down lap is crazy as normal on rfactor.
All in all, I'd give it an 8/10, not as good as Nr2003, but still very fun, and something different, that still does the job well. Now to learn how the hell to create mods and addons for this game, so I can put my beloved gen4 COY cars in, and I'll be golden (Also learning how to build tracks is on the agenda, since I want to replicate all of the EA sports tracks)
Get the NSS/FMS mod it's still available threw RFC along with the track pack, the mod and tracks are NR2003 conversions, that's the gen4 car, bonus you get quite a few of my paints in there, LOL!
All the links on rFactor Central are either dead, or I'm unable to access. Can you send me working ones?
Tomorrow, I'm on my phone now.
He's got some really good ones in this thread:
Don't worry tigg, I found it myself on one of the websites you dug-up, they really do have just about everything.
Cool beans, that's why I posted them and I'm glad they're getting used!
