rFactor Hot Lapping: rTrainer @ Toban Short

How about we kick-off some rFactor Hot Lapping?
I'm thinking some default action to get this going...

Quick easy, jump in one of the rather generic rTrainers and bust out a lap...guy in the vid nailed a 1:07+
Hmmm, let's find out how quick that is!

I'm betting the guy in the video was using the advanced trainer, that's what I used, no setup adjustments, my car. I know I left something on the track, but since I'll probably be the only one doing this, it doesn't matter.

OK I just noticed the guy who ran the 1:07 is on a different Toban...his track has blue curbing...

Nothing to write home about...these cars would be fun to race, but Hot Lapping them is meh!

Had to dig this one out of the archives! lol I may not have been haulin butt with both hands, but I assure you I was close! Not sure there's 6 seconds to be found with this car on this track.. Maybe 3..

Just got rFactor about two weeks ago. My computer, rFactor, the new wheel and I are still learning to get along. This was my best lap, but still there were a few bobbles on it. I can definitely do better.

It is a lot different than NR2003. There 's a bunch of new things for me to try. I hear good things about rFactor 's dirt track physics, so I'll give that a shot soon. The big rigs are a blast for sure, can't wait to paint one.

I know I'm digging way back in time, but this was done before I was gifted a better pc and wheel by my best friend and sponsor. So, I'm going to redo this and compare how things changed in a little over a year.
