This image reminded me that I need to find a pit box template and do them so there are pit boards for each car....ugh

Thanks Pan, you know how it is with these things you start and you just have to keep on digging your way through them...I'm going numerically to keep from leaving anything to the end on purpose that will be a chore...they get done when their number comes up...

So STEAM kept putting the fictional cars back in with the same named files I am creating. My only course was to create a new class for these cars..."NEXTEL06" which I guess is what I should have done from the start.

Last night late I was attempting to get pitboxes show up, as it is all cars have the same box and pit board. Not optimal at all...research is needed to get this worked out...

Next up: #17 Matt Kenseth Dewalt Ford

Take the .mas file apart, it's time consuming, but it's the only way
The templates used to be at the US Pits.

There was a 2006 Carset for the ThePits Stock Car mod, based on the 2006 cars. It wasn't bad, it just had Biffle as the Subway car and Scott Riggs with the CARS movie paint. I hated that they did that and I hope you guys avoid that. Also, Mark Martins scheme was less Blue than the one you guys painted.

Also, why did you choose the Ground car for Denny? The Orange was his main scheme

A few thing here Jon. First off I'm doing this set myself. Noone really cares about rfactor's national Stockcar Mod. I just wanted a real car set in it instead of the fictionals included in the mod.

Mark Martins scheme, well opinons vary on color, not my first rodeo with finding the right color. Also the games shaders and the track it's on as well as the atmospherics of the particular race will affect how a color looks.

Looks right to me...???? I've been know to go to the mats on car color...it's not like I painted an orange car red...right? LOL

I like green, so I went with the Ground for Hamlin's car. My set, my choice.

Thanks for giving your thoughts on my set.
