One of the problems I had trying to get hooked up to PCars 2 was that I couldn't configure my TSW2 Cup wheel and pedals on it. I've asked around and haven't been able to find anyone who has a TSW 2 Cup wheel setup who is using it to run PCars 2. I'd hate to think I have to get G29 or something like that just to run it. But the graphics and effects on it are absolutely absurd! I'd like to use it for my road racing fix where NR2003 doesn't even come close and never will.
As most people know, I have spent the better part of the part 19 years making and doing A.I. on tracks for NR2003. I love the short tracks and have dedicated a good part of my spare time making them the past several years with PST, Smiffsden and Ground Pounder Designs. So I'd hate to give that up. The sim community is very strong for the short tracks and is really growing. Too bad rFactor doesn't do much with short tracks and if they did, I'd have to start my learning curve from square one to start making them for that platform (if I even had the needed skills to begin with to mod for that sim).
But like I said above, when I want a little break from short track building on NR2003, PCars 2 would sure be a nice diversion. Sorry for hijacking this thread.
