Problem with Graphics

hello all, I haven't been able to enjoy my game since I had to reinstall it due to sludgy graphics. Everything used to work fine on my computer until a bad exe file made me have to start from
scratch. Now the sludgy grandstand and unclear sponsors on cars. I made a video to show more of my problem. In test session everything is crystal clear but single race bad graphics

So "TheBenCrazy" video helped! My game is back to normal!! but his numbers were wrong for my game personally I made a slight adjustment and everything was perfect!
