I want to know if I can post a strange carset that I found in my old nr2003 files (an old folder with 45gb of all kinds of nr2003 content) the carset is from the 2003 Champ Car, I asked for the chat box and then I remembered that You should not ask questions there since it is prohibited, so I will ask here, my only problem is that I do not have the original creator of the carset, I was thinking of giving credits and if the creator claims it or something, I will delete the post. My intention is to preserve the content.

As long as you state on your download that you did not make it, and if the owner wants it removed to let you know. Make sure you specify which mod the set is for, and include a picture, in 2 places. one is the pic on the download and the other is a preview pic.
