Original Mod Crashes to Desktop

My original Cup mod is crashing when I hit continue at the select track screen. Everything else is working fine and I can race on the other mods. I've scoured the internet trying to find something to fix this, but can't find anything that works. Could someone please help me? Thank you.

What kind of changes have you made to this since the last time it worked???

Nothing to that particular mod, I've been racing mostly on the MENCS19 and Cup90 mods.

that track is missing a .cup file maybe?

Everything seems to be there. All the other mods work, except the Original Cup one. I've unchecked all the graphics options in case it's a frame rate issue, that fixes it when other mods crash, but it doesn't fix the Cup mod at all.
