NASCAR Racing 3 and Truck Expansion keep giving me this weird error when I try to install it. I don't think setup for either or Legends works. upload_2017-12-30_11-39-49.png

I remember when Papyrus first released NASCAR1. It came with 4 3.5 "floppy" discs. It had to be installed using dos. It was fun at the time but as the newer versions came out the graphics got so much better. I'm not sure what happened to my 4 discs for NASCAR1 but still have all the others in easy reach of my computer. And I loved that they brought out Legends at the time. I still like running the 69 mod. As a matter of fact, getting ready to fun the '70 season with that mod soon. Riverside's Motor Trend 500 is first up with 193 laps! Looking forward to it actually. Sorry if this wasn't on topic!

NR2003 won't start either. The disc becomes the mouse, but the game won't run.

It must be the disc. I have older games that are in better condition that run. I need a Skip Doctor or something.

I'm a day late and a dollar short as usual. But I use Alcohol120. http://www.alcohol-soft.com/
It makes an image of the disc and you can mount it onto a virtual drive and run the game that way. I know it's a little more work and you have to have a little knowledge how to use the program. I've used it for a number of other games in the past to save the disc from being used and abused. I purchased lifetime updates for the program. Don't ask me what the price was because that was a while ago. I have had issue where I had to re-mount the image before launching NR2003 through the Logitech profiler. And since I've purchased this program I was able to get my hands on another copy of NR2003 unopened for $75! That disc has been stashed in a safe place!
