Old NASCAR Games

Hi, guys. I have NASCAR 1 and 2, and will be getting 3 and Legends, but I can't run 1 (or likely some others) on my Windows 8.1 due to compatibility and can't just install a new OS. What can I do?

NASCAR Racing 1 and 2, as well as 1999 Edition need to be run on DOSbox. They will not run without it on newer systems. 3 and Legends run fine if you disable a graphic option, otherwise there's a bad amount of lag.

It's a bit complicated, so I would recommend hitting up some Youtube videos once you download it. Once it's setup, it'll run NR1/2/1999 perfectly.

I have Papyrus NASCAR Racing 1 and 4, I haven't even tried to get them to run on WIN10.

NR4 runs perfectly fine on Windows 10, as does NR2002.

You'd have to start the game up and then set up your controls like you would normally.

Turn 3D Acceleration to 'None'. Runs perfect after that. Same fix for NR3 and the Truck Expansion.
