Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I tried the TCPView suggestion to no avail, obviously. Ran NRatings forever with no issues until just recently. I re-installed as well and no success.

When 64soft does an update, you have to re-sign in to their site for nratings to work properly.

I just posted about this. I am also on Windows 7 and had the same issue. Is is an excerpt from my post with a suggested solution:

"I finally got NRatings working thanks to the help of my next door neighbor, who is a "tech support" kind of guy. As I mentioned, I'm on Windows 7 and the most recent updates done to the NRatings program (v5.1.7) have mostly affected those of us who are still on Windows 7.

I'm not a technical guy and don't really understand this stuff, but from what I can tell from what my neighbor did to my rig to get NRatings working again was to disable UAC. That's what they had suggested on the github.com/64Soft forum. I just didn't know quite how to do that. So all is well once again... well, at least until they do their next update. ;)"

I'm not sure how he did that, but if you Google how to disable UAC, I'm pretty sure you will find some instructions to walk you through it. :fist
