Windows 10, version 20H2 is the update you may have received. Each major Windows 10 update has been tested to some extent by members of Microsoft’s Windows Insider program before it is broadly released to the public. With that said, the
real beta testing is done by you and me and countless other users around the world. There may be some bugs associated with the version 20H2, with it being new. My laptop was installed with Windows 10, version 2004. That version was stable for me. If you believe rolling back could help:
Go to Settings and click "Update & Security" on the lower left hand side.
Then, click "View update history"
Go to "Uninstall updates"
Click on the update you want to remove. In this case, it is the 20H2 one.
Click on the update, which will open a this tab. Click Yes.
Once you click yes, the tab will ask you to restart your computer.
BEFORE RESTARTING, MAKE SURE ANYTHING YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING ON HAS BEEN SAVED.
Once restarted, you will have the Windows 10 copy installed prior to the update. If the problem persist, you may want to clear cache on the laptop. Type "Disk Cleanup" on the search bar. Make sure the tab is on "Windows (C)" and click OK.
Click OK again.
Click "Delete Files"
Once finished, restart your laptop to clear the cache. If you did all of this and still have problems, then IDK. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
