RIP Fred Jones 2002-2018
GN69 at Riverside International Raceway (Turn 8)
I was racing nws11 at texas when the ai wrecked, and this happened on the front stretch.
I know this is for nr2003 but this is an honorable mention.
So I was playing nr2002 and the yellow came out, I look at the replay and saw this. So apparently the 52 became a ghost and the 55 was in the process of driving through him. At the precise moment that the 55 was 3/4 of the way through the 52, the 52 decided to become a solid again and that resulted in the most amazing crash to ever be seen by human eyes.

Hornets at Riverside Can Am (coming soon)
You know, minus the Escort, I found the Hornet mod can be turned into many other types or racing, like, in talking to Highbank some year or so ago, I say that the Hornet mod would provide a great opportunity to Touring car and maybe Club style racing.
Yes, I do recall this...you came to Zoom after we used the Rally for the Koni, we did the second Koni Series in rFactor...
Yup. I missed out on that series. I would of loved to race in it if I knew about Zoom before.
So long ago now, sometimes it surprises me how long ago...
A photo finish to the 1999 Texas race. Ernie Irvan beats out defending Winston Cup Champion Bobby Labonte in a photo finish, it was Irvan's 1st win of the season and the 23rd of his career. This finish was surrounded in controversy, though. Hometown hero Bobby Labonte dominated the race but as he took the white flag the #38 of Kenny Irwin, Jr. (Irvan's teammate) who was going a lap down held up the #18 costing him his .2 second lead. Irvan was able to get underneath Bobby through turns 3 and 4 and be in front when they took the checkered flag.
Coming to the white flag in the All Star Open Robert Pressley gets turned and rolls over. The #38 of Kenny Irwin Jr. was also involved, just a week after he had a scary wreck at Talladega. The #4 team of Ricky Craven was upset with NASCAR for the late caution, as the caution came out after Pressley was already completely on his lid. What does this have to do with Craven's team? Well the caution came out just after the leaders crossed the stripe to take the white flag, meaning they would race back. Craven took the white flag in 2nd, but came to the checkered in 6th, meaning he did not advance into the All Star race. But what's important at the end of the day is that Robert Pressley was able to walk away from this scary wreck.
Anyway's, would you guys like if I post more screenshots and give a brief summary of the context like my last 2? If not its okay, I'm just wondering if people enjoy these types of posts
In your face !
That's me doing a pirouette down the backstretch at the Coca Cola Super speedway @ over 200 mph ! Roof flaps didn't do their job I guess !
Good stuff! I love finishes like that! haha
