Has it been made yet? (Considering how the Camaro model was made for 2018). If not, then I'll have to make it myself (and I assume it will be best to map it on the Dodge template, correct?)

You might try The Mod Squad, I'm pretty sure @Bill1947 made a bunch of templates for the Pinty's mod, that one might be in there.
