Need help with drivers

On 10/3/20 my pc auto updated my nvidia gtx 1660 ti drivers. Now Nr2003, which ran perfectly above 100 fps now struggles at parts of tracks and runs around 10 fps. I have manually rolled back drivers, but do not know how far or what driver will help as it erases older drivers. Does anyone have experience with these nvidia drivers ?

All I know is NR2003 and modern Nvidia do not get along well. That's why I stick with AMD.

Game ran so good last week, that's what is really annoying

I noticed the same issue after the lastest nvidia driver update and I have a GTX 1080TI. I fixed it by updating the d3d8to9 dll to lastest version on github. I was still on the 1.10.1. After doing this my fps was back to normal. I also updated my reshade to lastest version and reinstalled the dx9 update. I hope this will work for you.

Dallaire18, thank you so much for your help ! It would have taken me forever to figure out the .dll issue. I dropped the new .dll file and updated reshade and NR2003 is back to running above 120 fps.

Everything seems to be running great except all BB MC tracks now crash to desktop. Any ideas on that ?

Figured that one out. Had to reinstall the 4GB patch for some reason, works great now.

Also did you compress your cars and pitcrews to 24bit compressed with winmip2?

I have not yet, car files seem to run between 1-2 mb each which is good, I think.
