Antonucci Auto Racing's youngest driver is a 23 year old in the 23, Justin Barbato. The Pennsylvania native is entering his third season in the American Dirt League, and some think his seat is in jeopardy from clearly being his team's weak point. He's had leeway given to him from his lack of experience, but he hasn't had nearly enough growth compared to what was expected out of him. That said, Antonucci has valued loyalty and stability in his team, and seemingly wants to sign him on for the long term, even with his unimpressive results. Will Barbato show up to the big stage this year to prove his investment is worth it?

And now, perhaps the American Dirt League's biggest story in a driver, Dr. Jay Clayton. He's had the most unique path to a racing career in the field, originally being a mechanical engineer who became a professor at Georgia Tech. While he was knowledgeable of the engineering behind race cars, he never pursued a driving career until some recreational racing opportunities in his 20s caused many to realize he had unbelievable raw talent. Since then, he's become a winner at various levels of dirt racing, and has run in the American Dirt League for a few years, still looking for his first win with John Pond Racing. He remains involved in Georgia Tech's programs in his downtime. Can brains continue to translate to brawn behind the wheel?

Adrian Beaudry is a young star from Utah who got his start in off-road racing, before making the switch to dirt ovals in search of fame and fortune. His quick growth has been impressive, and he’s already become a multi time winner with Dale Amy Racing at age 26. Despite his success, he’s still a step behind two of his teammates. Will he be able to overtake them and the rest of the field to become a champion?

Ben Kimbel is perhaps the series’ biggest superstar off raw statistics right now, being a multi time champion. He’s also the pride of the series’ origins, being a Rochester, New York native who cut his teeth on the same tracks that inspired the series’ creation. That said, he’s been a bit vocal about his displeasure with Jeff McClelland Racing’s expansion, and hasn’t been the best mentor to other drivers. Despite being a popular driver off track, there’s a lot of tension about him in the garage. Will be navigate the weeds to earn another championship this year?

The third rookie to the stage is an Albany, New York native in Jeremy Kingery. He's a 21 year old who was a hot prospect in his teens, but took some time to reach the big league after failing to truly contend for a championship, even if he was a winning talent. That said, Team Sylvester wanted to take a chance on him, and Kingery felt he had learned enough in other series to the point where he'd take the chance with a midpack team. Will he be able to rekindle his early hype and outperform both his car and his status?

The last of the three female drivers in the American Dirt League this year, Evelyn Myrick is a Washington state native who's trying to prove her worth with a top team in Doug Estrella Motorsports. She's a race winning talent and has picked up a pair of main event wins so far, but many doubt her ability to contend for the championship as she nears the age of 30. As a teammate of Lizzy Perez, she's not even the best female driver at her team, which has led to additional pressure on her. Despite this, Myrick wants to stay with DEM. Will she be able to one up her friendly rival in 2024?

Michael Shepherd is a massive underdog in the series, but doesn't seem to be that phased by his lack of results, and is moreso just happy about the opportunity to run in the series. He drives for the single car team of Kim Baker Motorsports, with the smallest crew in the series. It's made them a controversial team, as many don't take them seriously, but others love their humble attitude and passion to keep building cars and racing. Can Shepherd make this team a popular one with some consistent results?

A veteran of the series, Oswego, New York’s Jimmy Caito has been a journeyman driver who’s rarely been a series contender, only achieving one upset win nearly a decade ago. Currently driving for John Pond Racing, he’s surrounded by older drivers who continue to race for the love of the series. He’s hinted he may be retiring soon, but he’s still determined to shock the world and take a second win with another underdog team. Will this be the year?

Another of the series' most seasoned veterans is 40 year old Dusty Mason, a one time champion whose greatness wasn't as sustained as he would have hoped. He's still in race winning equipment, but people are expecting his talent to drop off soon. Mason insists he can run for a few more years in winning form. His old school demeanor, including adopting the 'Dusty' name, has made him a very popular driver. The team has a lot of respect for him, as does his sponsor in New Era, so his seat is definitely safe in the 25. The question is will his prediction that he can remain a winner come true?

Terrell White is likely the biggest outlier on the American Dirt League tour as the series only owner driver. Despite being a subpar team, many would agree that being an owner driver as a 26 year old is highly impressive in its own right. The younger brother of Doug Estrella Motorsports driver Caleb White, he's been known for being a bit of a hothead and ego-driven, which is likely why he took sponsorship to start his own team despite being a top prospect a few years ago. He has talent to back it up, and has scored plenty of top 5 and top 10 finishes, but is still looking for a win and to break into title contention. Will he prove his controversial risk can work out in the end?

A rural racer who became a big name, one more veteran of the series is Tony Reisner, a native of Del City, Oklahoma. He's another former champion, but burned out fairly early in his career and only managed to claim one, over a decade ago. Unlike fellow veteran Dusty Mason, he's had a clearer fall off in his driving abilities, but his knowledge of how to race has gone nearly unmatched. Jeff McClelland Racing has been his home for several seasons now as he mentors up and coming contenders, and he's still able to pull out the occasional upset win while doing so.

The future of Doug Estrella Motorsports lies in Hudson Bryant, who started out in off road racing in Arizona but has now become a young star in the series. He started out driving for independent teams and scoring a couple of underdog wins before joining the flagship of Toyota. Now, he's expected to become a contender quick. In his second year with the team, will be truly show he's the next big thing?

We're nearing the end with only a few drivers left to be introduced. Next is the last of our rookies and the last of our foreigners, Canada's Matthais Martin. His team is even more interesting than his own origins, as he will be driving for the Chevrolet STAR Initiative team, a single car team with Chevrolet support that exclusively signs drivers to single year deals. The team is intended for top rookies who were unable to secure a better deal, or for Chevrolet veterans who need a stopgap year, where they mentor potential drivers for next year. Martin has been a star in Canadian dirt series and quickly became the top prospect for this season, leaving many surprised that he signed to the STAR Initiative team. Will he break out to secure a top tier ride in 2025, or will his unique situation become a detriment?

Next up is quite possibly the championship favorite after a career year last year, where he barely lost the title. Matt Lister is an Arizona native who's leading the Nissan effort with Delossantos Motorsports. At age 29, plenty say that once he takes a championship, he'll gain several and become a superstar of the series. The whole team is seemingly behind him, only having two cars, but some think his only weakness is the concern of if that team burns out. Still, the driver with a diverse set of wins on dirt has become a star of the series. Will he soon take the next step to being an icon of the American Dirt League?

The leader of the one team Aston Martin effort is Cody Ramacher, who's shown a lot of leadership despite only being 27. The Louisiana native is widely seen as someone who can be a championship winning driver, but being the forefront of a unique program like Antonucci Auto Racing is too good of an opportunity for him to pass up. With that in mind, he's been a leader of his team as they pursue becoming a championship effort. Can the one of a kind three car team rise to the top?

There's only one driver left for the American Dirt League! We'll meet him Friday, then talk about some other carset details leading up to a preview, some more lore info, and its release!

And for our final driver, we return back to our original team of Dale Amy Racing, and their other star driver, Justin Huntley. The Arkansas native was a star who started out his career at Jeff McClelland's team, but never found his footing and made a surprise move to DAR a few years ago. He then went on to win the championship in his first season with the team, having never even finished in the top 5 in points before. Having taken a second title since then, Huntley continues to search for his third in his 30s. That said, he has to compete hard with his own teammates to even be the best of his team.

And with that, all 36 cars are done! The next week or so will be spent sharing more content on the carset and the series worldbuilding, leading up to the carset's release announcement. Stay tuned!
