Yes here is the render that I made
Bill, you are totally AWESOME!
Okay so I went back on the website and found out I was using the complete templates, This morning I noticed there is basic templates to use.
Downloaded that one and the wires had an on/off button so I will be using the basic ones
There's a wire on off button on the complete template as well.
With everything they did, I really was expecting a working side mirror and arms in the car like Omega did for the 2015 truck mod. Nice damage model tho.
I heard from a trusted source that SNG is making a 2018 Camaro. You'll be seeing screenshots very soon.
oh boy! assuming you can replace the dodge model with it?
is there a link to a thread or anything for the 2018 thing?
For you guys who think the car model effects the physics of the car it doesn't, all that run Cup are the same, all that run CTS are the same, all that run GNS are the same and all that run PTA are the same. They are only different if you use a different EXE then what came with the sim. The only way to get a different "feel" within the original EXE is to run realistic whether, that changes the handling of the car some what.
No I've known that. The models don't change the physics of what your running. The physics in the mod dont change because if you import a CTS into a cup physics mod,it won't show up. And the nr2017 exe sucks as it makes the cars look stupid but don't get me started on that
I wasn't exactly talking to you @rob52488, but making a general statement for the guys in the shout box talking about how he can't spin the car out.
Yeah just saying though for the newbies too along with the new exe
I was trying to work and get this Superspeedway Mod working last night while watching the Steelers game, mind you I was distracted, but I could for the life of me understand the .3do files? Do I just drop both in the main series folder? When I did that all of my cars disapeared? Or do I need to download some kind of file editor?
Everything you need to do is in the Read Me, that's what they're for, to give you the information you need to do the special things. Personally, I'm not even going to try.
That's the thing, I followed those instructions (probably should have noted it), and the cars were gone, I remove the file, the cars are back! Bizarre to say the least, def doing something wrong
It seems that the cars that were made for the Beta Mod can be uploaded to this Mod and they work as well. Am I correct to assume this? there were many paint schemes made for the Beta Mod therefore I want to copy those files and place them on this final MOD.
Open the files, if you want the super speedway cars, open the SS folder. copy the two files, go back to the main MECS folder and paste them. The file called "How To" explains this as well.
"These files are to swap between the Superspeedway, Speedway and Short track body types.
To install: copy over the make_a.3do and make_a_UI.3do or desired body type files to your NR2003/series/MENCup2017 (mod name if you rename it)
if you want to switch back to the speedway versions, delete those 2 files from the mod folder."
They all seem to work except for the Chevrolets which won't have the Chevrolet badge on the front.
That is odd. I wonder why. Thanks for the response.
They just changed the area where it is placed on the template. You can easily add it to the tga file yourself
