This topic has been brought up before in 2016. Now that the ARCA Menards Series West is going to run a race there with some cup drivers( Kyle Busch) driving, does anyone know if the LVMS Bullring has been made? Or in the planning stages? I know there is one for N3. Is it possible to convert it to NR2003? I live in Vegas and attend the races twice a year. I also go to the Bullring. Its a great track. Thanks

It hasn't been made, nobody is working on it, and it's not possible to convert from N3. The converter that handled early N3-to-NR2003 conversions only worked with a handful of tracks.
