Looking for Brainerd International Raceway

A 1971 version exists for GPL under its old name, Donnybrooke. Looking at the track map, the layout looks identical to the modern configuration, so with permission from Ginetto, it would be possible to at least convert the track segments to ptf using TrkMaker (bottom of the page) and 3dSimEd. This tutorial up to section 3.2 may be helpful, just convert the resulting XML to PTF in TrkMaker. Assigning material names is tedious and the results aren't great, but in my meager experience messing around with it, the result is a basic track that should load in NR2003. A lot more work would be needed, but it's at least a potential starting point.

You can set it up so that you actually have that image as a background in Sandbox so you can trace it a lot closer. You have to create a .mip using WinMip2, and then in Sandbox in one of the drop down menus you can select 'background image'.
