LAN racing with Race Communication

A group of my friends been meeting once or twice a month. We don't use internet on our pc when we race we just route on the computer to a network I am wondering if there is some kind of rig out there where all of us can communicate with each other during the race especially for like the big tracks where drafting is so crucial.
