I have been having a problem with nr2003 stuttering/jittering and making static/pop noises every time it stutters. It's not game breaking. It's not terrible. But it makes the replays and in car view look bad. I've had this problem basically since I started playing the game, just haven't got around to wanting to fix it until now.

Basically what happens is I'll be getting 70-80 fps then it'll drop randomly for a split second to like 20 or 30. Just for a fraction of a second. But it does it about every 15-20 seconds. And the audio will "pop" every time it happens.

I have my core ini and rend dxg values calculated perfectly. I've tried with and without VSync on. VSync seems to help slightly but not really any difference. At first I thought it was my mods or sound packs. But even without those it still does it. Then I turned down the graphics in game to the lowest values and using the default cars, but it still does it.

I don't know how to fix it, or if it's a Windows 10 problem or something. At this point I feel like I've tried everything I can think of.

I'm having the same problem. My fps goes from about 60 to 40. Just enough to seem like it's a hip cup. I' ll let you know if I find how to fix it. I have Windows 10 also.

I forgot to say that I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. That didn't work just to let you know.

Guys, need to get more info on your systems, there's no way we could help without knowing the situation your trying to run the game in.

Go to your sound options and make sure that Sound is checked, NR2003 has always had problems if you try to use 3D Audio, also try playing no more than 8 sounds heard.
