It keeps getting more and more unstable

For the past month or two Nr2003 has been getting more and more unstable and crashing a lot easier. I can really only use spectator cam because with almost any other camera the game will crash regardless if its a modded track or not. That issue started around new years. Another problem started a few days ago where for certain tracks the game would crash the moment you accelerated time and stopped it. Now a new problem has started today where if a wreck happens and a car hits the wall at all the game instantly freezes and crashes. I've tried changing the resolution and graphics setting along with deleting several mods and the game just seems to be breaking more and more. Any solutions ya'll can think of?

I completely re installed it and it ran fine for the first 5 minutes but as soon as a car hit the wall the game crashed again. I'm pretty sure its an issue with the mods I'm using or its just my pc.

that might be it, i know a few people who can only use certain mods or their game will crash

Well it's old game. There are many mismatch especially with new rig (hardware+software). Around a month ago there are problem with my graphics driver stopped working. After that when ever I open game for first time it's always crash either when on player/opponent manager or in drive gameplay it self. But the second time I open it's run with out problem. Well my laptop is old (but 10 years newer than the game), so I don't really surprised if there was problem.

Well After looking through the mods it turns out it was a sound file that was causing it. I'm assuming it was corrupted or something, along with the amount of car files I had. But once I deleted, and removed about half of the car files pretty much all the issues I was having disappeared and the game runs perfectly.
