Jopajoe did a request a little while ago and I decided to just use his #88 Corvette paint instead of redoing my own...THANKS JOE!
#88 Darin Brassfield Corvette
I also added the BBS wheels to the skin and a Corvette logo to the hood (the Camaro needs all the help it can get to become a Corvette)
I will be using the template he made to do this car for my Corvettes for the most part. So THANKS for that as well Joe!
So as a general rule I place upon myself to make this happen, I try to paint at least one car per day...which means more than just painting the car usually. It means doing additional research on the car and driver, it means finding more images as possible. The painting is usually the quick and easy part, though the identifying, finding or creating of some decals is a chore in itself.
BUT to keep this moving forward let's look at the 1988 Trans-Am Schedule:
So which tracks do we have in NR2003?
OR maybe the shorter list is which ones DON'T we have?
No Niagara Falls
Three tries to get this done today, first I painted it on the Mustang template, then had it all but redone on the Merkur template and PSP decided to get jiggy with me...so I had to give up on saving my progress and do it again...3rd time was the charm.
Time to back up and do some pit crews and put the cars into the game...I realize that it means I'll start playing with the set with each couple of cars I paint and that makes the process take longer, but it's more fun that way for me...
