Any progress jimjack336?
Well, I did something different and I am now racing online using the NASCAR Racing 2003 Season. A guy on Discord told me to always use the original folder for NR2003. I did and got some progress. Now getting connection time outs are rare. Now I have another question, while racing, I noticed the LQS meter has a high red bar for the Q section, the L secsion is low and green and the S section has nothing. What does this mean? Also, when I am racing the issue IS GONE BUT WHEN I AM PRACTICING OR QUALIFYING I GET DISCONNECTED!

EVERY time I have seen the RED Q meter, it has been caused by a core.ini issue.

Did you do the uninstall and reinstall as I suggested before?

Found the problem, I used the folders renamed 2017, Multiplayer, and 1990. I am supposed to use the NR2003 folder with the OpenSpeedway core ini! Thanks for your help!
