Hello!
I recently wanted to get back into NR2003, and found some helpful people on here, as well as Reddit, and i followed the instructions in this video:
View: https://youtu.be/HWODZZC05i4
. After that, in order to get better graphics, i followed the instructions in this video:
View: https://youtu.be/KrqsT4wgqAI
and successfully installed everything, as well as adjusted everything that needed adjusting to the best of my ability. (The only thing different for me, was the adjustments to the graphics card, because mine wasnt the same as the one in the video) Now when i try to play the game, everything works fine, except whenever the game goes into fullscreen mode to race, it's very laggy (Framerate is very low). In the race menu where you can view current race standings, and see lap times, the window of live racing isnt laggy, but whether its trying to drive or trying to watch a replay in fullscreen mode, the framerate is unplayable. I appreciate anyone who can take the time to help me with my problem!

If you followed the graphics tutorial, it likely has something to do with the graphics settings ingame. You may need to tweak these settings until you get something that works. One thing I would definitely make sure of is that shadows on cars and from cars is turned off. Sometimes you can get away with shadows from buildings, but the game uses a lot of memory to try and keep up with rendering moving shadows all the time.

I lowered a few settings and its significantly better, but i feel like its defeating the purpose of trying to improve the graphics in the first place. Still a bit laggy but its kinda playable. Also doesnt seem like a huge change happened to the graphics. At least regarding the cars, that is.

If you want top notch graphics, you gotta have a top notch graphics card.

We wouldn't know what to tell him to adjust since he hasn't told us anything about his system or vid card.
Sorry, im not very computer-inclined when it comes to specifics. I have an HP 15-f305dx. Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 8400/R3 Series
