    Pretty sure he (or anyone else for that matter) doesn't have the time to write up how to do that. It would take hours and many pages to explain and even then, it wouldn't be enough info. Learning to model in 3dsmax takes a ton of time, practice, research and patience. There is probably lots of info on the web that you can research to help you get started. You just need to start with something simple (and not an Indycar model, lol) and work your way forward from there. There are a few guys in here who are very good at creating models in 3dsmax that I'm sure will be able to answer questions for you as you go along.

    Someday I am going to try my hand a making a mod even if my first attempt is just a block of wood with wheels.. Anything to familiarize myself with how it all works.
