Help me convert EA NASCAR Simracing sounds to NR2003

Sounds are WAV i just don't know why they won't convert over

I noticed the files were saved as a different sample rate than the files I current have. Changing them from your 44100 to 22050 allowed the file to be played in game. However, it didn't quite sound the same. I know VERY little about soundpacks though. Hopefully you can get something put together I'd be excited to try it out.
