I've never had this problem before. The game will load, show the first screen before the main menu, and instantly crash back to desktop as if I closed it.
DEP is and always has been off, I've tried running it in XP compatible mode (I have Win7 64 bit), the intro videos are disabled, there is nothing that should be causimg a crash in my Papyrus folder, yet I absolutely cannot play the game. It worked just fine last time I opened it. Any ideas?
