I know this isnt NR2003 related but, I cant open my file explorer on my pc. so i cant put new mods, cars, tracks etc in. Ive tried to Run as a admin, And restarted my PC. If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me. Thanks

This is fairly simple. Go to your taskbar and left-click to open the options. Then click on Task Manager.
Once Task Manager is opened, scroll down until you see Windows Explorer.
Click on Windows Explorer. Then click on "Restart" at the bottom right corner.
Your screen will momentarily flash blue and go back to normal. Exit Task Manager and click on your Windows Explorer. It should open up.

Jerseymikescup, knowing what OS your computer runs on is something you should know. It will help you know more about your computer. Go to the search bar in the taskbar and type "About" and click the first option that pops up.
You'll get a screen like this. Scroll down to see what OS you have. In my case, it is Windows 10.
