Since I've been getting a lot of positive feedback on my paints that I've uploaded on the site, I figured I should make a showroom to showcase the newer ones I'll be making from this point on. Now you guys will get to see even more of my unhealthy obsession with underdogs!
(I'm not going to put any paints I've already uploaded to the site before creating this on here)

Let's start with one of my all time favorite drivers, JJ Yeley! (please dont bully me)

First with his main paint scheme he ran for 2004 & 2005 Busch Series, recreated for the NXS17 mod!85654482_1_71662.png

Next, a one off scheme he drove for the 2005 Mexico City Busch Series race, a very simple scheme that is a copy of Stewart's 2005 scheme but with the #18, once again recreated in the NXS17 mod.

Next up is JJ Yeley's 2005 Memphis paint scheme! Sadly I have never seen any photos of this scheme except a render and some appearances in the race itself which can be found on YouTube. I always liked this scheme for some reason.
I promise the next thing wont be JJ Yeley related.

An Extremely Unlikely Merge...

A beyond ridiculous "What If Scenario" that I'll be writing up here. A lot of explaining will need to be done for any of this to make sense so here I go.

Plot

In 2020, Dale Earnhardt Jr, his sister Kelly Earnhardt Miller, and Rick Hendrick all come to the agreement to start up a Cup series team for JR Motorsports. The three get together and start brainstorming on how to go through with things. They easily settle that the team will be Chevrolet based, Rick Hendrick gives the idea that a merge with another Chevrolet based team would be a good idea as they'll have more equipment to work with instead of getting all their equipment from Hendrick. They needed a team that wasn't an affiliate with any of the other big teams, so Germain and JTG were out of the question as both were aligned or had a partnership with Childress. The three scouted when they came across Spire Motorsports, a team trying to branch off as their own and make it big time in cup. This seems like a ridiculous decision, but when you add everything together it just might make sense. Spire Motorsports is a full time Chevrolet based team with a charter in the Cup Series, this would allow them to run the full 2020 schedule without worrying about buying a more expensive charter or having to qualify into races. The team was also looking to start an Xfinity Series team which was planned as soon as the 2019 Roval race but it never went through. The merge could prove as a benefit for both teams, and so they offered. Contracts were signed, and a deal was made. Spire JR Motorsports (what a name) was set to run for 2020.

Details of the Contracts

- Justin Allgaier runs the #77 BRANDT Camaro full time in Cup for Spire JR Motorsports using the #77 Charter from 2019
(The original plan was to have Allgaier run the #7 but that number was being used as a part time ride for Premium Motorsports)

- Michael Annett runs the #01 Pilot Camaro, a second Cup car to run only at the restrictor plate tracks as a part time deal for Spire JR Motorsports while he runs full time in the #1 in the Xfinity Series.

- Ryan Truex runs the #7 Marquis Camaro full time in Xfinity for JR Motorsports

- Michael Annett runs the #1 Pilot Camaro full time in Xfinity for JR Motorsports

- Noah Gragson runs the #9 Switch Camaro full time in Xfinity for JR Motorsports

- Quin Houff runs the #07 Bar Harbor Camro full time in Xfinity for Spire JR Motorsports.
(A specific request from Spire owner Jeff Dickerson states that he wants their enhancement driver Quin Houff to run a full time car in Xfinity for 2020 along with the request to use the same number font ran on their #77 car in 2019. This leads to the #8 becoming a part time ride for selected drivers and it's owners points being moved over to the #07.)

-
Brett Moffitt runs the #8 Switch Camaro part time in selected starts in the Xfinity Series for JR Motorsports.

- The partnership is only set for 1 year so far, if it fails then JR Motorsports will pull out of cup and back down to Xfinity in 2021.

Questions & Answers

Q: Why Spire Motorsports of all teams?
A: The main reason I chose Spire is because it's such a painfully unlikely pick if JR Motorsports were to merge with a Cup team that it makes things interesting, as apposed to doing something obvious like merging with Hendrick. Also the car number issue for Allgaier and the thing with Spire actually wanting to field an Xfinity car just made it line up a little better story wise, and no me being a "fan" of Spire has nothing to do with it.

Q: Is this something you'd think or hope would happen in real life?
A: Absolutely not. I would love to see JR Motorsports field a cup car in real life, but I would not want to see them merge with Spire, that'd be absurd.

Q: Why is this story so sloppy/horribly written?
A: This is the first time I've ever done anything like this so I wouldn't be shocked if this whole thing comes off as sloppy/horrible written.

Q: Will this be simulated in NR2003?
A: Yes, from the opening in Daytona to the closing in Homestead, along with the Xfinity series. I will even post screenshots.

Q: Will you actually make these paint schemes?
A: Yes, I will make these paint schemes and post them here, once they are all finished then I will start simulating everything in NR2003. Full renders and everything, including download links.

Here's a recreation of Spencer Boyd's Talladega winning truck from Saturday's race! Even though I'm a Johnny Sauter fan (pls dont bully me) I'm very happy Spencer won! This is my first time every painting for a truck series mod so I hope you guys like this one!
I want to personally thank Spencer for winning because he made me a lot of money

I wanted to do this real fast cause I figured why not, but here's a recreation of Chad Finchum's #61 Supra.
It's completely identical to his #42 Supra, just with a different number obviously.
