Server is up with the stock "north_carolina" with pace speed, pit speed, weather and pit stalls adjusted.

Make sure to check it out so we're all on the same page. :)

Have fun!!

Yeah I don't have a headphone with a mic.

NP. I just got on the TS a few months ago. :)

The most important thing is to come in with a good attitude. Realize the chances of winning your first race in a league is not high, but can happen.

When I join a new league, my goal is to not wreck anybody and then finish. If I accomplish those two tasks, then I start working on actually 'racing' and taking chances.

As I mentioned at the Delta forum, 'sry', 'ty' and 'np' are very important and can save a whole lot of grief. :)

Make sure to hit the server before race night so you'll find out if the core.ini, track.ini or other things are a problem so race night practice time can be spent turning laps instead of troubleshooting.

One HUGE benefit of being on the TS, whether you can talk or not, is that if you need help with something, like a setup, another driver can tell you the settings quicker than most can type them in.

Welcome and have fun! :)

Sure, I'll run some practice laps with ya.. Here's my (Aero 88) car if anyone wants it.

Edit: oh well, guess I was late to the party.. Server empty.

Great driving last night Tom! I wish I could say the same for myself. I got into @ti2blegrr a couple of times. Sorry Dan, I hope that doesn't discourage you from coming back. I don't remember ever having that many cautions in one race, but yet it was still fun.

That's a part of on-line racing and having warp, honestly, if I don't go back it'll be because of the warp and no other reason. I honestly don't think dial up warp was this bad.
